Q & A

Does it hurt?

It's not painful but it's not painless. The sensation described in most cases is similar to tweezing the eyebrows. Some experience more discomfort than others, depending on one's pain tolerance levels. A topical anesthetic is applied prior to the procedure to minimize discomfort

How long does permanent make-up last?

Permanent Make-up never really goes away but all tattoos fade through the years. Also depending on the colors chosen and skin type and life style. You should have touch-ups done anywhere from 1 to 3 years. Touch-up fee is nominal.

My brows are all grey, what can you do?

Even if your brows are totally grey, I would go behind with 2 colors of taupe to add youth to the face. Blending color is like a secret ingredient in cooking.

How much does it cost?

Anywhere from $200 to $600 per procedure, depending on client's needs and amount of work involved. Most cases, somewhere in the middle of the range.

How many years of experience do you have?

25 years. I have taken Permanent Make-up to near perfection. There is no teacher like true experience. I learned multitudes through my 25 years of working as Permanent Make-up technician. Hunger for excellence keeps me on the cutting edge.

How long does the procedure take?

Approximately, 45 min. per procedure give or take a little. You will need to schedule a follow-up appointment after 8 weeks, then I can make slight adjustments to my work. This visit is included in the initial fee.

I just want a very natural look...

Properly applied Permanent Make-up is very natural and virtually undetectable. My ultimate goal is to minimize your negatives and maximize your positives.

What if I want to change my lip color?

You can put any color over your permanent lip color if you wish to change the look.

Can I drive after procedure is done?

Absolutely yes!! Unless you took medication before treatment that would impair your ability to operate a vehicle.

What is the healing time?

3 to 5 days. Any swelling and scaling of crust will be gone in a short period of time. You will go home with after-care instructions.

My brows are peach-pink because of poor work I had done elsewhere, what can you do for me?

I have done many corrections in the past. Most of my clients are very satisfied with the results. In some cases, I do recommend laser removal.

What is the reason for your success?

I am blessed with artistic talent. By nature, I have always been very competitive. I strive for excellence. After all, we as technicians are permanently altering and enhancing clients' features. Therefore, it stands to reason that you want to do the best job possible.

Any message to your clients?

Many thanks go out to all my dedicated clients who have made me what I am today. Their loyalty and referrals are what spurs me. For the first timers, I strongly advise everyone to shop around to the check quality and the experience of the technician before making the final decision.
